Minister Ms. Hina Rabbani Khar, stated that FREINDS of PAKISTAN FOP forum pledged USD 5 Billion, out of which only USD 1-Billion is provided to Pakistan.
Pakistan is a key ally of West in this WAR AGAINST TERROR & still the pledges aint met yet.
