After the Petition against 18th Ammendment, the LAWYER Community SPLIT into 2-Groups ..

I feel the NEW JUDICIAL COUNCIL, is a new Idea of Selecting New JUDGES, but it will also supported by MEDIA & the new applicant Judges will also be mentioned to public.

Before the General Public never knew had any know how about People who is Judging their Fate. Now the JUDICIAL COUNCIL is not a Bad idea at all.

I wish the SUPREME COURT will try the JUDICIAL RESTRAINT and let our PARLIAMENTARY DEMOCRACY to get more mature to provide Right People for the Right Job. I also wish such Council to be made for SBP Governor/ NBP/ STEEL MILL/ PIA/ WAPDA/ PEPCO/ IRRA & Other Governmental Institute so we have good Scrutiny of People who will be managing Pakistani People Assets.

Thanks to the Parliament, we`ve acheived Democracy atlast. I wish the Parliament a Full 5-Year Term in office & should get this bigger evil away .. that is ELECTRICITY CRISES.

But still they should also involve the Business Community & Bureacratic Administration to help reduce the power requirement.

Load Management @ Government & Private Buildings should also decrease the Power Shortage. We should work more on THAR-POWER PROJECT.. & should encourage more Power from the facility.

One More Province??

The Answer to this is No!! No!! & No!! sorry but just figured out 1-Provincial Assembly of Khyber-Pahktoonkhawa is good enough to deal with the Provincial Issues.

Well,& most of the HAZARWALS i know have no problems with the NAME of the PROVINCE & are proud PAKTHOON themselves.

Secondly, PAKHTOONKHWA means friends of Pakhtoon :) so i see no problem with it.

We are all PAKTOONKHWA :)

18th AMMENDMENT SHOULD GO ON!!

Even thou, 18th ammendments have controversial headlines. But its the today requirement of moving Pakistan in to the challenges of modern era with Stronger Provinces & democratic setup.

We wish to look in to serious problems after the 18th Ammendments passes thru the Upper House Senate.

HERE COMES THE 18th Amendment!!

The 2-Year anticipated 18th Amendment finally arrived 9th April 2010. Well the tyranny of our Today`s Politics is we take too much time in Harmony & Reconciliation. But that aint their fault either, the split mandate had created compromising situation.

But ALL IS WELL!! Every body got a happy face.. Except for few Lawyers. Well there was more than 100 Ammendments in this 18th Constitution Ammendment. But the two most spoken were:

1. 58-2 & 3rd Time PM SHIP/ CM SHIP.
2. NAMING NWFP KHYBER-PAKTHOONKHAWA.

Well, all is well now & i hope the Federal Government & Provicial Governments will use the Power of Parliament to direct attentions on Domestic issues of POWER/ WATER/ Food/ Cloth & Shelter..

Will see the coming of New-Age for PAKISTAN.

CLINTON VS BUSH VS OBAMA

Well,the recent Obama Administration had signed a Civilian Aid Legislation for Pakistan AKA KERRY-LUGGER Bill, carefully re-written with explanatory notes, which will provide USD $1.2 Billion/Year to Pakistan Civilian Administration to continue growth in EDUCATION/ HEALTH-CARE & Social Driven Programs like BENAZIR PROGRAMS and others.

Obama Administration had successful laid down the principals of making the whole AID accountable so it can`t be miss-used or abused by the Civilian Administration of Pakistan.

During the Juniour Goerge Bush tenure, utmost USD $15 Billion was poured in to our Military/Civilian Administration & the AID was shown as Miscleaneous Expense to Congress(Washington). Since the BUSH Junior Time, there was significant growth in our STOCK MARKETS, BANKS & other Financial Sectors(like REAL ESTATE, Contracts of other GOVERNMENTAL PURCHASE like machinery & arms), cause the Military Generals & Bureaucrats had a taste for Quick returns to their Gifted Money.

But these pictures was different to the time of President Bill Clinton era, we were suffering from Sanctions both AID & Trade was directly discontinued with us. We were also put in to sanction by JAPAN & European Countries for our NUCLEAR TESTING Scenes.

But those sanction days were our real Freedom, NS was surely the PRIME MINISTER who ordered the Testing, but the PEOPLE of PAKISTAN for 25+ Years had given their Life & Strength to make these Testing Possible. One Nuclear Warhead is estimated to be arround Rs. 48 Billion/- hence it was the PEOPLE of PAKISTAN who had given their Lifetime in to the Creation of these Warheads. & I still remember every MOSQUE, every FORUM, every SOCIETY pressurized & asked NAWAZ SHARIF to go for these Testings. & finally the PEOPLE Strength helped NAWAZ SHARIF to ordered the Testing for that he missed out 5-6 Missed Calls from President Clinton. But he knew the PEOPLE are with him.

Bill Clinton was the best American President of the current time, but the sanction laid down by Clinton Administration finally given us 3-Years of Freedom in our 60+Year Life-Time as a Free-Nation.

So i think CLINTON ERA was the best time for PAKISTAN, cause we believed in ourself as a NATION and TRADE/AID could never differentiate lines among us.

On the Eve of the Death Anniversary of ZAB, the mourning of BHUTTOISM wont help the PPP- TOP LEADERSHIP...

BHUTTOISM, the ideology pre-fix itself as the Saint for the Poor People of Pakistan. It defines the direction on Trickle down the wealth to the common people for their food/cloth & Shelter. BHUTTOISM was manipulated using the daily dreams of our Poor People.

But somehow it failed to impress in the longer-term as the PPP was later hijacked by the LORDs of SINDH and RURAL PUNJAB. Later the corruption scandals, bad-governmental approach had furthur nailed BHUTTOISM to the DREAMERS COFFIN.

Well, the recent resignation of The ATORNEY GENERAL of Pakistan, & as per the Q&A with Justice Ramday become quiet humourous and Justice Ramday left no doors to exit for the AGP.

Attorney General Anwar Mansoor Khan has resigned from his post as Attorney General of Pakistan over non-cooperative attitude of Law Minister Babar Awan.

The SUPREME COURT is head on with NRO, with the recent say from the Swiss Advocate saying if the PRESIDENT have no indeminity then!! why not the SUPREME COURT of Pakistan starts the Cases of President @ home ground ..

Well, SUPREME COURT is in direct FIST STRANGLE with the EXECUTIVE to push the EXECUTION of Corruption cases both in SPAIN & SWITZERLAND.
